How to access the screening and testing services<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Private individuals who wish to access the services can contact the laboratory by telephone to make an appointment and agree times and methods for the testing and screening requested.<\/p>\n

Private individuals requesting chemical-toxicological analyses will need to show an identity document, social security number and a written request from the family doctor.<\/p>\n

Results can be collected by showing the p<\/strong>ayment receipt<\/strong> together with an identity document<\/strong>. If the results are to be collected by a person other than the individual who initially requested the tests, the individual collecting the results will need to bring proof that they have been delegated, their own identity document and a copy of the delegating party\u2019s identity document.<\/p>\n

Results can be collected from the office at the following times: from Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 13.00.<\/p>\n

The laboratory secretary is available to provide information on how to collect and deliver samples, how to send or collect results and details of the rates.<\/p>\n
